Hi Jacob Harris!

I've been under the weather, busy at work, etc…

I'll update soooooooon.

Am I supposed to update this?

Here’s a picture of me on the boat to Amsterdam to keep you going.

I’m off….

… to Amsterdam in a few hours, enjoy your weekend and I'll speak to you all soon.

Insert witty title here?

I suppose I better bring you up to date with my activities, well currently I feel good, in the last few weeks and months. I’ve changed by diet, started to go to the Gym and as I result I’ve lost weight, about 5 pounds (although most of it seems to have come of my face and not my belly) and my upper body (mainly my arms) are starting to tone up.

I’m also using my time at the Gym to listen to Audio Books on the K750i (I love my phone), on subjects such as Self Motivational and Goal setting, etc. I’m also still thinking about doing my next MCP towards my MCSA.

Again thanks to ebay I have some new toys, a 1Gb memory stick (all the way from Hong Kong) and four world smallest Transformers for my Desk at home…

Me and Conor got our hair cut on Saturday, He’s got a little spike on the front of his, which makes him look even more cheeky! It surprised me that he had it spiked this time as he been asked before and he’s always refused it. I suspect he just wants to pinch my Hair Gel.

The new kitchen is nearly finished in the house, and to celebrate almost have the house back to normal Me and wife bought some of that fake wooden flooring stuff to put in the living room.

The wife should be happy I’ve mentioned her on the blog now!

I was going to post something about the Cricket (because it’s fashionable) and the Fuel Protesters (because there daft twats) but I don’t think I’ll bother.

Alright, Turkeys.

I have many reasons for the long gap since the last proper update, Illness, Working away, House Redecoration, etc. The problem with not updating for such a long time is, all those big and little things I wanted to tell you about I’ve now forgotten about, which is bad because those will be stuck in my subconscious forever.

Thanks to those who wished me well while I was ill.

The forum is super popular at the moment, had over 1000 posts in the last few weeks I may have to expand it soon. The freeflowing of ideas, thoughts and information has inspired me to change the ObscureInternet main site, to a humour page written by the most creative and humours talents from the forum and various other sites I visit.

I need this…

And so do you…

So what if I have three copies of the movie already, this is the ulimate edition.

I’m all fit and well again.

It just we are having some work done in the house and a can't type a lot on the keyboard, and I lost the big update I did…

Illness and Watching Movies

Another hard working week until Wednesday, when I start to feel bad. I must have caught what was making Conor ill. So I spent Wednesday Night, Thursday and Most of Friday ill in the house alone feeling sorry for myself.

I didn’t get to the Gym on Wednesday and Friday like I wanted to, and even missed a night out at the pub!

The one thing I did do while I was ill was watch a few movies. I saw Sin City (At last), Batman Begins, Sponge Bob Square Pants, National Treasure and Anchorman.

I thought Sin City was excellent, the prefect way to bring a comic book to the screens. Batman Begins was promising but the plot seems a little all over the place (but this may have been down to the editing of the version I watched), Sponge Bob Square Pants was really funny, National Treasure was a typical Jerry Bruckheimer film lightweight but entertaining and finally Anchorman which was a hilarious as the first day watched it.

When not ill, I’ve been attempting to work a new website (not going to well at the minute, no inspiration) and promoting my blog (going better) unfortunately three of the top forum poster have disappeared over the last two weeks and this has lead to the forum being very quiet.

I got the following link from the Chiefs at the Burnley Wallet, but it was too good to keep to myself. Check the comments section!

God Bless Mo

I met Mo Mowlam about five years and she seemed a normal down to earth person but she was also extremely likeable and inspirational. She was presenting a NVQ certificates to myself and others there (many of them long term unemployed) and she took time to speak to everyone of us.

Her legacy will be that she is responsible more than anyone else in the British government for the Good Friday Agreement, and moving toward as lasting peace in Northern Ireland.

Who delivered this?
