Played football again this week. I feel a lot better than I did last week because I've been exericising just so I don't look like the most unfit person ever on a football pitch. Another great victory for the Boro beating Manu 3-2 at their place.

I’m feeling fine now, but I’ve been felling ill for the last two days, I left work early on Wednesday as I had a bad stomach. When I got home went to bed and pretty much slept for the next 24 hours, So perhaps it’s a good job Boro’s semi-final match was called off.
