« Previous EntriesNews from the world of me
Saturday, November 22nd, 2008Well the last post certainly caught a fair bit of attention, in fact it’s the most popular post I’ve written since the move to Wordpress. I must blog about current events more often (or just blog more often).
I’ve been Working from home for the past few weeks, and it doesn’t look like I’ll be travelling again in [...]
Another new blog design.
Monday, November 10th, 2008Yes, in case you’ve hadn’t noticed by now I’ve tweaked the design again, and this time I’m happy with the results.
Here’s a little sneak preview of design for those of you reading the RSS feed. Also when I change the design again this image will also be a nice reminder of how the blog use to look. I’ve [...]
Wordpress 2.7 beta 1
Monday, November 3rd, 2008I thought I’d give the new beta of Wordpress a try. So far I haven’t noticed a great deal of difference except for the fancy new dashboard screen and the even fancier post editor.
In conculsion; I like it.
It’s Post 500!
Tuesday, October 28th, 2008This blog has has passed two very big milestones recently. Firstly the move from ObscureInternet to it’s own domain (c64glen.com) and it’s seventh Birthday, which was on August 8th. Yes, this blog is over seven years old, isn’t that amazing! These two milestones seems to be a great excuse, to me at least, to have a [...]

So, why don’t you be like Stephen Fry and follow me on Twitter. Yikes! Did turn this post into an excuse for whoring for more Twitter followers?

Sunday, October 5th, 2008It’s been almost a month, and I’ve been finding it more and more difficult to blog. I guess I’ve just let myself get out of the habit, which in retrospect has been a massive error. Therefore I’m forcing myself to do this update in the hope that more will follow.
So on to some real news; I’ve [...]

Welcome to c64glen.com
Sunday, August 24th, 2008Yes, I’ve finally bit the proverbial bullet and purchased a separate domain for this blog.
I’ve stuck with 34sp as the host, as they’ve never given me any problems in past and their price plan was the most appopriate (meaning they were the cheapest). I picked c64glen.com as the domain name, as it was the most [...]
Moving?
Thursday, July 31st, 2008last week we I finished moving ObscureInternet to Wordpress. This I new version has been dubbed “ObscureInternet V2.5″. Now the trick is to get people involved in writing for the front page again.
I’ve also been considering moving this blog from ObscureInternet to it’s own domain. This is for a number of reasons, first of all [...]
