Music Monday – Rob Hubbard – Nemesis the Warlock

By Glen McNamee | October 19, 2009

Back to a C64 track this week, and this time  I give you probably my favourite Rob Hubbard track, the loading music form Nemesis the Warlock: The Death of Torquemada. Based on the 2000 AD comic of the same name. It was a simple but fun game and quite violent for the time, with enemies bursting out of other enemies chests and literal piles of dead bodies.

    Awesome!

    I think you need to feature the following on your Music Monday:

    Monty on the Run.
    Auf Weidersein Monty.
    Knuckledusters.
    Mega Apocalypse.
    Crazy Comets.
    Mutants.

    Awww dude – I remember dubbing the Nemesis music on a tape back in the day – I loved it that much. I enjoyed Nemesis in 2000AD but had no freaking idea what to do in the game. Nonetheless you could go around hacking like a crazy thing. Thanks for the pleasant memory trip!

    @Phill

    It would be a bit of a ‘Robb Hubbard Music Monday’ then. But never fear they’ll be more Hubbard in the future.

    @Andre

    I know what you mean, a lot of the time I use to load the game just to listen to this music.
