I’ve been wanting to increase the number of press ups and sit ups I can do for a while, so when I happened across http://hundredpushups.com/ I thought I would give it a go over the next six weeks.
I did the initial test on Friday, and I managed to do twenty proper press ups without a break.
So today was the first day of week one, and I managed to complete it while doing a total of 49 pushups. I’ll be doing the next one on Wednesday, and I’ll keep you updated
