I did go to the Gym today, despite not getting a lot of sleep. Conor is ill and the poor little mite was throwing up last night. He was even sick on our bed. He has been sick a couple of times today as well.

Less important but better news Rooney, Defoe and Danny Murphy scored at the weekend. Putting me top of the work Dream Team mini league.
